The establishment of paternity (maternity) by genetic testing

The article deals with the key aspects of the genetic examination of paternity (motherhood) in the Russian Federation. A comparative analysis with a similar procedure in some foreign countries is carried out. Conclusions and recommendations on the topic are presented.
