Charter of bar as one of constituent documents of the non-profit corporate organization

Purpose: Research of contents of the charter of Bar as one of constituent documents of the non-profit corporate organization. Methodology: Historical and legal and formally legal methods were used. Results: In article are considered and the short characteristic is given to basic elements of the charter of Bar, such as subject and purposes of activity of Bar, sources of formation of property of Bar and direction of its use, order of management of Bar, data on branches of Bar, other provisions which are not contradicting the Law on lawyer activity and legal profession and other federal laws. Novelty/originality/value: Article has the scientific value as is one of the first attempts to consider contents of the charter of Bar. The formulated conclusions in the scientific article will promote development of the theory of legal profession, development of practical offers on optimization of lawyer activity.
