Speaking in Unified State Exam: historical background and training procedure for task 3 (C5)

Speaking in the Unified State Exam has its own history as it undertook great changes and even had been taken away from the exam for some years. Such background makes methodologists be very attentive to details and specifications added every year by Federal institute of pedagogical measurements that gives the floor for teachers to develop constantly new training procedures to teach for the exam. This paper considers historical background and training procedure of task 3 (C5).
