Sustainable economic development over social immunity of the territory

Now ensuring sustainable development of economy of regions is one of relevant cross-disciplinary tasks. In this paper scientific recommendations, new options allowing to find solutions of the developed regional problems through a prism of assessment of social immunity of the territory are offered. At article there is a hypothesis that the social immunity of the territory affects stability of its economy. For the proof of a hypothesis the following tasks are solved: the technique of assessment of social immunity is developed; the technique on the example of territories of the Ural region is approved; influence of social immunity on development of economy of the territory is revealed. Author’s methodical approach allows to model a kernel of social immunity of any territory on the basis of use of the norms of Frobenius reflecting positive and negative transformations of society. Approbation of methodical recommendations about estimation of social immunity was carried out on the example of such Ural territories as the Sverdlovsk, Kurgan, Chelyabinsk and Tyumen regions on a time interval of 2010-2018. The proof of a hypothesis and also a conclusion that the lack of social immunity at the territory leads to short-reception of economic effects by subjects of managing became result of this research and increases its vulnerability to the economic destabilizing external influences having both accidental, and natural character.
