Sustainable development of the world: from conceptual revolution to the civilizational one

The article tells about essential features of sustainable development paradigm as a revolutionary turn in conceptualization of contemporary transformation process and goals of future. The task can be formulated as follows “to set in motion a conceptual revolution in creating balanced, dynamic growth” (Ban Ki-moon), to establish the foundation of civilizational revolution in the frame of the whole planet, which will give the answer to the XXI century challenge.
