Sustainable development of enterprises, firms, organizations

Managerial process of steady development at the level of the country demands definition and consecutive realization of strategy of its development. Stability of economic activities of the enterprises should be provided on the basis of the account of the progressive phenomena of the internal environment and perfection of managing with a view of increase of efficiency of the enterprise and its continuous development. For each managing subject it is important not simply to keep stability, but to achieve effective stability. The structures, able to reestablish the starting position of equilibrium after any disturbance (under the influence of the internal environment), which brings to deflection of the system parameters from the normal state, are considered to be the most effective. Steady development of economic structure is characterized by the complex system of parameters reflecting economic growth in dynamics, strengthening of the financial condition and increase of efficiency of use of all set and each kind of resources, performance of obligations to workers, other organizations and the state for the accounting period. At all levels of management of economic structures an overall objective is an achievement of steady development of economy which is characterized by increase in dynamics of the basic statistical indicators and final parameters in the certain sizes and in an optimum parity between them, which allow to eliminate the appearance of the crisis process at the enterprise.
