The article presents the basic theory of the stability of production and business activities of industrial and commercial enterprises. Substantiates the position according to which logistics management as a tool for competitiveness objective ensures the stability of production and commercial activities in the integrated market. Emphasizes that the system of logistics management determinants of sustainability are logistics concepts from the SCM to VMI, the imperatives of logistics, synergy, innovation activity, prevention of risks.
