Informational and physical (entropy and energy) consistent patterns, as well as features of a model of quantum strong artificial computational intelligence in the form of a self-organizing intelligent control system, are considered. The model is based on the principles of minimum information entropy (in the “intel-ligent” space of states of control signals) and the minimum generalized thermodynamic measure of entropy production in a single system “control object + intelligent cognitive controller”.
