Device of the rotation type for the seed cleaning

Research and technical problem of the seed cleaning of small-seed crops is described. The tasks of scientific and technical support of seed production and the development of highly effective working organs and machines for obtaining seeds are considered. Analysis of modern devices and existing technological schemes for seed cleaning was done. Some shortcomings in technologies were found. A new scheme was proposed by the authors. The flat sieve cleaning, having a circular shape, which allows to move the material to be cleaned in a closed cycle with the possibility of its permanent separation were proposed. A new device for cleaning and separating flax and grass seeds will improve the efficiency of seed cleaning with less losses, reduce energy costs and material consumption. The process of material movement along the grid under the influence of the blade (the speed of the particle's movement along the spiral and the velocity of the particle's motion along the blade) is considered.
