Control device for unauthorized electric consumption of the subscriber on the basis of the meter STK-1

The largest number of thefts and significant amounts of stolen electricity occur in the domestic sector. The reasons for this are, on the one hand, the constant increase in electricity tariffs while increasing the volume of its consumption and reducing the solvency of the population, and on the other hand - the relative availability and ease of implementation of a particular method of theft of electricity, imperfection of the designs of metering devices, primary and secondary circuits of their switching, poor technical condition of current and voltage transformers, the lack of a legal basis for bringing to justice the robbers of electricity. The article discusses the existing methods of theft of electric energy and ways to identify them. The device of control of unauthorized selection of electric energy on the basis of the existing STK-1 electric meter allowing to protect metering devices from external influences, to promote their correct and steady work is developed. The use of the indicator of high-frequency effects, powered by a contactless unit, provides uninterrupted accounting of electrical energy, regardless of the use of homemade devices operating on the principle of pulse short-term current sampling, as well as the impact of powerful permanent magnets.
