A method for increasing the service life of an electric generator using a load monitoring device is presented. The analysis of automation tools and monitoring systems for monitoring the power and loading of low-power generators has been carried out. The relevance of the development of a device for monitoring the loading of electric generators (UMZEG) has been revealed. During the analysis of literature sources, it was revealed that monitoring systems for load control are critically important tools for users of electric generating plants. However, existing solutions for low-power generators do not involve phase-by-phase loading control. Monitoring the phase-by-phase loading of the generator using UMZEG allows you to reduce the asymmetry of currents and voltages at the stage of connecting new loads, which increases the life of the generator. The use of this device helps to increase reliability, reduce costs, and ensure the safety of generator equipment.
