Utilization of associated petroleum gas at UPN Yablonyevskaya OJSC "Samaraneftegaz"

In this paper, we present the results of analysis and assessment of the ways of using associated petroleum gas. A scheme for cleaning associated gas from sulfur compounds and its subsequent use for the needs of the field is proposed and designed, namely, heating of reservoir oil. The schemes of utilization of the energy potential of the purified associated petroleum gas using the track heater or heat exchangers of the following spiral, plate and coil structures are considered. Calculations and comparative analysis of the proposed equipment are performed. The results of calculations showed the expediency of operating a plate heat exchanger. A variant of APG utilization is proposed that allows not only to substantially reduce air pollution, but also to rationally use heat from associated petroleum gas
