Clarification of the life cycle of the structure of fundamental scientific and technological innovation

The article explores the possibility of clarifying the structure of the life cycle of fundamental scientific and technological innovations based on the decomposition and integration of a number of stages contained in the National Standards of the Russian Federation on military product life cycle management and a number of published works on this issue. Comparative analysis is aimed at finding both elements of commonality and complementary approaches in order to obtain certain constructive conclusions and recommendations. Modern military products act as high-tech and high-tech products, innovation-products and innovation-processes; while managing it, the stages of development, production, operation and disposal are clearly tracked. National standards for managing the life cycle of military products for innovation-products and innovations-processes are the legal basis for the materialization of scientific, technical and scientific-technological innovations.
