In the context of the 50th anniversary of the founding of the Ufa State Institute of Arts. Z. Ismagilov, celebrated in 2018, is given a panorama of his artistic, creative, scientific and methodological activities. The mission of the institute's team is revealed in the formation of specialists of the highest artistic and artistic qualifications, future workers in the field of art and artistic education of young people. The concrete examples show the role of the university in training personnel for cultural and art institutions, educational institutions of Russia and especially the Republic of Bashkortostan. Particularly accentuated are the achievements of the last five years associated with the strengthening of concert, competitive, touring activities, the expansion of artistic and creative participation of the O.R. Z. Ismagilova in mass socially significant projects.
