In expectation of the WTO (part II)

The author considers the reasons why the accession of Russia into the WTO has not taken place in these 18 years, analyses possible benefits and disadvantages related to the accession to the WTO as well as the attitude of the Russian authorities, the fate of the Customs Union etc. The conclusion is that Russia has long been carrying out the best part of the regulations required when acceding to the world trade community.
