Finding detail: the dialogue of texts

The article is aimed at displaying fiction interpretation through the perception of author, reader, and text. The change in text study tendencies is also shown. The paper deals with text interpretation principles by way of literary detail as a tool and an actualisator of dialogism in open and closed texts types. The material for investigation was taken from novels «Lord of the Flies» by W. Golding and «The Coral Island» by R. Ballantyne.
