V. A. Bazarov and his view of the perspective plan construction

The article discusses the views of the outstanding scientist-economist of the 20-ies of XX century, made a significant contribution to the development and testing of the fundamental principles of planning and forecasting development of the national economy. The article analyzes the position of the scientist in respect to its commitment to genetic approach in planning, also the author characterizes the views on the construction of a planned organization of social production.
