The rotational method as a form of temporary employment for the population of Buryatia in 2010-2013

The article focuses on the development characteristics of the rotational method as a form of employment for the population of Buryatia from 2010 to 2013. The research utilized data from official statistical services of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Buryatia. The article examines the history of the development and establishment of the rotational method, provides data on the number of Buryatia's population engaged in rotational work, as well as data on the territorial and gender composition. The distinctive features of the rotational method are highlighted in comparison with other types of temporary employment common among the population of the Republic of Buryatia.
