Monetary regionalization in terms of transformation of the global monetary system

The article discusses a problem of re-balancing of forces in the global monetary system. The author deals with the formation of some regional zones of monetary influence, the measure that will allow to reinforce the stability of the international monetary financial relations and fair access to the global development sources. A monetary leadership strategy is considered as an important aspect when establishing the monetary influence zones.
