The variability of the constitutional principle of the law-governed state

The article is concerned with the question of variabilityof the constitutional principle of the law-governedstate. In thecourse of the research the author considers specifics of definition of the concept and structureof the law-governed state, describes the structure ofthe constitutional principle of the law-governed stateand the variability of the principle of recognition, observance and protection of human and citizen rightsand freedoms as its integral element. It is concludedthat the extent of realization of the principle of law-gov-erned state influences its variability.
