Companies need to fulfill different goals in order to achieve the increase in company value. To calculate the cost, the world school of financial management identifies various concepts and approaches for determining the value of a company. The presented VBM-concept is characterized by the presented theses, as well as by several approaches that have simplicity of mathematical calculations, but at the same time are complex and ambiguous.
