Departmental "lobbying" in the Soviet economy: the ministries - the government - the state planning commission, 1945-1953 (on the example of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR)

The article is devoted to the problems of lobbying the interests of departmental economic organizations in the Soviet economic system on the example of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. The author reveals the role of government agencies in the resolving conflicts between the ministries and the State Planning Committee.
