The growing season of common beans under cultivation

The article presents the results of studying varieties of common beans in the conditions of the Biysk-Chumysh zone of the Altai Territory in 2022-2023. An assessment of the duration of the phenological phases and the duration of the growing season of nine varieties and three local forms of common beans was carried out. It was found that the average duration of the growing season for cultivars was 98.1 days. The varieties Fizkulturnitsa, Omsk Jubilee, Omichka, Nerussa and local forms MF 2 and MF 3 are classified as late-ripening with a growing season lasting more than 95 days
