Spatial frequencies wavelet filtering for light fields digitization

Methods allowing removing obstacles and noising which upper frequency exceeds half of digitization frequency are considered. This operation is performed by means of single-level discrete wavelet transform in optical information digitization. The need in such methods development is due to the fact that such frequencies presence in the spectrum after digitization can distort optical images significantly. The initial data for the considered method application are involved in the digitized optical image, digitization frequency of which along both coordinates exceeds the digitization frequency of the image transmitted to the recipient. Initial image can contain obstacles and noise with frequencies higher than half of digitization frequency. The proposed methods application allows filtering the denoted frequencies, and not to distort information. In conclusion, the theoretical approach for the light field digitization problem is generalized.
