Vector dynamics of relative values of VLF frequency range of the heart rate vibrational spectrum in the course of exercise testing in athletes

A total number of 127 highly skilled athletes aged 24 ± 7 years with different directions of the training process were examined. The objective of the research was to evaluate in athletes the structure of the vibrational spectrum of heart rate (HR) in response to a standardized stress test PWC170, taking into account the vector dynamics of the relative values in VLF range. The multidirectional dynamics of the relative values in VLF frequency range was identified in response to a submaximal exercise test. It was found that after exercises the athletes with the % VLF increasing vector had a marked depression of the total power of the spectrum and all its components, and in the group with a decreasing value % VLF the more "efficient" type of response was observed, that was accompanied by large values of function of heart rate variation and a total spectral power with its companents in all frequency ranges, as well as less stress regulatory systems.
