The purpose of this work is to investigate violations leading to under-discharge of electricity and a probabilistic risk analysis for low-power nuclear power plants (NPP). The analysis of the risk profile for high-power nuclear power plants and forecasting possible risks for low-power nuclear power plants based on their design features, differences from high-power nuclear power plants, was chosen as a method for conducting the study. It is believed that the majority of incidents at nuclear power plants occur due to the activities of personnel, approximately 70-80 %. Therefore, in order to reduce the number of such incidents, it is necessary to continue research and develop practice in order to better understand how the human factor affects the risk of incidents at nuclear power plants. The human factor plays a key role at all stages of the NPP life cycle. Therefore, it is necessary to take a systematic approach and develop systems that reduce anthropogenic risks or are less susceptible to them. It has been proven that there is a risk of serious accidents due to human error. Therefore, we must give preference to technologies that minimize the possible consequences in the event of an emergency.
