Vibrations of the noosphere, rethinking of the structure of the noosphere on the scale of the Universe

The work is dedicated to the 160th anniversary of the birth of V. I. Vernadsky. In the article, using the Algorithm for solving complex problems [1], the prerequisites for detecting traces of a highly developed extraterrestrial civilization in the future according to the vibrational trace of the noosphere of the desired civilization are considered. In the course of substitution into the abstract geometric data arrays of the Algorithm, the analysis is made of both the existing properties and signs of the noosphere of human civilization [2], which forms vibrational traces that are characteristic and transmitted into space, and the search for a coherent vibrational trace of the noosphere of an extraterrestrial civilization located at a level of development similar to ours and features of the noosphere. Carrying out the first iteration of the algorithm leads to two non-trivial conclusions: the need to conduct another iteration of the algorithm to find an effective solution to end all wars within humanity, as well as the formation of conditions for the emergence of “loud” and “quiet” subcivilizations in the terminology of Robin Hansen [3] on based on the development of artificial intelligence and / or through selection and genetic engineering of domesticated animals. At the same time, the article also provides the proposal for the method for the gradual abandonment of wars within humanity by transferring hostilities into virtual spaces. The methodology and validity of this transition were also formed due to the enumeration of possible solutions to the problem posed by means of the Algorithm for solving complex problems.
