Video monitoring in the postoperative period in ischemic bowel damage

Experience in treatment of 124 patients with acute ischemic mesenteric circulation. 43 patients performed intestinal resection, 11 - due to bowel gangrene limited to diagnostic laparoscopy, in 70 cases - abdominal ischemic syndrome. For assessing bowel condition after surgery, the degree of bowel ischemia, we have developed a method and apparatus for videomonitoring intestine. Proposed an alternative method may be programmed laparotomy and laparoscopy dynamic control, the study does not require anesthesia, can be performed in a chamber, it allows to detect and determine the extent of ischemia.
