This article discusses various types of fixed income financial assets that play an important role in evaluating an organization. Currently, they are the most relevant, since cash flows for these assets are considered risk-free and determined in advance. As a rule, the size and timing of payments on such securities should be reflected in the contract. The paper highlights the positive and negative sides of each type of assets and presents their characteristics.
