Types of civil liability in bankruptcy of legal entities

This paper examines the measures of civil liability in accordance with the Russian legislation on insolvency (bankruptcy). Depending on the bringing of the debtor to liability, an analysis of the features of subsidiary liability and liability in the form of compensation for losses in the event of bankruptcy of legal entities takes place.
