Types of expert examinations of regulatory legal acts

Modern society and state need legal regulation of various topical issues of their functioning. Since we live in the rule-of-law state, adopted regulatory legal acts have to correspond to requirements and standards. It is very important to comply with sequence while working on legislation improvement. It is necessary to work so that the adopted laws correspond to the current state of the Russian society, and our further plans. Every newly adopted regulatory legal act concerning introduction of new duties and expenses has to be justified and the most part of the Russian society has to agree with it. All newly made law principles and draft regulatory legal acts have to pass public discussion and public examination. There are many types of expert examinations of regulatory legal acts. Their accurate list is absent. Carrying out expert examinations at the stage of creating the concept of a regulatory legal act will influence the qualitative and quantitative characteristic of the regulatory legal act.
