According to the second strategy should be revealed the experience of the subject about entity (entity itself can not reveal). According to the strategies revealed the two classes of ontological models: object-oriented and subject-oriented models of entity. A detailed analysis of these models showed that for construction of object-oriented models of defining value has the introduction of the categories of “substance” (materialism — idealism), “development” (dialectics — metaphysics), “law” (nomologizm — anomologizm), and for construction of subject- oriented models — setting process givens of entity subject (rationalism — irrationalism). Attention was drawn to the fact that the rationalist ordering of entity (or the experience of the subject about entity) requires the introduction of the category “law”. It is emphasized that the way systematization of entity (feelings of entity) are interdependent with the method of determining the category of “law.” The article concludes by a number of conclusions. substantiated the relationship of ontological and epistemological aspects of the construction of models of entity. Established defines the methodological meaning interpretation of the law for the construction of models of entity. Introduced the concept of nomological model of entity as model, which is based on the concept of “law”.
