Types, content and hierarchy of the sources of law in the context of natural and positive law

The author’s approach to the question of the sources of law is reflected in the article. It argues the inadmissibility of simplification of this concept, meaning that the law as a public category is influenced by various factors; respectively, there should be distinguished biological, material and other types of the sources of law. The paper describes the content of the law sources, their hierarchy taking into account the peculiarities of natural and positive law.
