The article considers the dual victim nature of bribery. The position that the victim should be recognized not only as a bribe-taker, but also under certain conditions and an official - a bribe-taker, is also upheld, and it is also stated that bribery can be committed in general without victims, provided that both sides of the transaction are of mutual interest.
