Victimity - consequences low legal culture of the population

Traditionally, a low legal culture is associated with the behavior of the offender. However, often the commission of a criminal act is the result of the victim’s victim behavior. Within the framework of this article, the author characterizes the relationship between criminal victimism and low legal culture of society. It is pointed out that the imperfection of which structural elements of the legal culture increases the probability of being a victim of a crime.
