Victimological characteristics of violent crimes committed by recidivists in domestic sphere

In this article examines the status and issues of recidivism and victimological features of victim behavior in domestic crimes, affecting recidivism, the procedure of appointment of punishment at repeated commission of crimes taking into account victim’s behavior, the problem of prevention of recidivism and victimological prevention in modern Russia.
