Victimological views of professor Alexander V. Lokhvitsky and their modern significance

The paper presents the main provisions of the Course of Russian Criminal Law by Professor A. V. Lokhvitsky, which contain the main provisions of important theoretical and applied significance for modern domestic victimology: classification of victims of crime and certain types of their victimological rehabilitation-compensation for material, physical and moral damage caused by a crime.
