Victimological aspect of criminal bankruptcies

Issues of victimization of criminal bankruptcies are not reflected in the scientific works of domestic scientists, but at the same time this problem has an increased interest among foreign researchers. Within the framework of consideration of the victimological aspect of criminal bankruptcies the authors studied not only the victims of these crimes, their victimhood and characteristics of victim behavior, but also analyzed the determinants of victimization of criminal bankruptcies. The author’s judgments on each category of victims, who can become victims as a result of criminal bankruptcy, are expressed. The possible stages of victimization from criminal bankruptcies are considered in detail, taking into account the analysis of existing investigative and judicial practice. Based on the analysis of ways to counteract criminal bankruptcy measures of victimological prevention were proposed.
