Visceropathology and direct cause of death under intoxication with opioid drugs and genetic polymorphic of CYP and citokins system

The work is dedicated to estimation of the cause of death in cases of acute and chronic intoxication with opioid drugs. It is founded that in case of small posthumous concentration of morphine in blood (upto 0.5мг/l) in molecular-genetic study are revealled, as a rule, mutant's allels of genes Syp2D6*3*4; CYP2C19*2*3. The cause of death in these cases is the acute intoxication with drugs. The typing of genes of cytokines IL-1ƒ was performed in persons dead as a result acute and chronic with narcotic drugs. The dead persons were the carriers of genotypes Т IL-1ƒ and had strongly marked trend to development of the complications based on inflammatory reaction.
