Visitor centers as museum institutions in specially protected areas (on the example of the Republic of Buryatia)

This article examines the experience of the visitor centers in specially protected areas and application of multi-year experience of foreign and domestic protected areas requirements for the creation of visitor centers. The authors give concrete examples of the creation and development of visitor centers in the Republic of Buryatia on the basis of field material analysis.
