Visualization of the maritime shipment data model in the Tableau Desktop program

In the process of signing a freight contract in the field of maritime transport, decisions must be made quickly enough. Building a data visualization model for various carriers, as well as comparing their performance using performance indicators, can speed up the selection of the most appropriate carrier in the business process under study. To this end, a collection of data on maritime transportations was carried out, on the basis of these data a database was created. A list of performance indicators used for evaluation has been developed. In order to simplify the data, the data was converted in the ETL-tool Tableau Prep and used to build a dashboard in the Tableau Desktop program.
