In work the contribution of high-altitude heliogeophysical agents in a picture of case rate of the population in Murmansk oblast is revealed. It is shown that case rate of children and adults during 1995-1999 years has significant correlations (p≤0,05) with solar activity (SА) and the cases of land increase the intensity of nucleon component of solar space rays (SSR) associated with SA. Perinatal death rate and stillbirth during the period from 1991 to 1999 increased at increase of geomagnetical activity, and case rate of children and adults for this period increased at increase the SSR intensity. Relationship of frequency of congenital anomalies on development in children with heliogeophysical factors in territories with quality and quantitatively various toxicants shows cooperative influence of heliogeophysical and technogenic agents on the population health. The received results show that SA and SSR has influence on the functional state of human body, irrespective of environmental contamination, and bring the separate contribution to structure of case rate of the population in the North.
