St. Vladimir and the problem of modernization of the national authority

The article provides a scientific analysis of the religious and political transformations made by St. Vladimir in the context of contemporary problems of governance. The author defends the idea of necessity of returning to the moral foundations of power. Without it any positive initiatives are doomed to failure, and this in turn will lead to the failure of Russia itself.
