Synergy of state property sale and public-private partnership as a solution to the privatization crisis

The paper explores the possibility of activating denationalization of the Russian economy by complementing the planned privatization of federal property by public-private partnership (PPP). Relevance of the theme is caused by lagging pace of the planned denationalization; inability to solve the problem solely by improving the sales practices of state property; a number of changes in the legislation on PPP. The author justifies the need for application of PPP as a macroeconomic tool, able to influence the parameters of privatization and through them - to economic restructuring.
