Government and civil society: interaction as a response to the challenges and risks of the new socio-political reality (on the example of Primorsky krai)

The peculiar socio-political reality that has developed in Primorsky Krai has formed a special political subculture here - a model of political behavior and political orientations that differ from the dominant ones on the territory of the Russian Federation by their inconsistency and instability. Civil society institutions and their interaction with public authorities play a significant role in the formation of adequate responses to the challenges and risks of the new socio-political reality. Civil society institutions are designed to promote the growth of national consciousness of citizens living in the Territory, their political culture and high spirituality, and the desire to realize their potential.
