Influence of affiliation to competence of the bodies of legal entities

The article discusses the system of civil law consequences of affiliation in the aspect of influence to the competence of the bodies of legal entities. The author concludes that, firstly, the bodies of affiliated legal entity act within their competence, but their content will be determined and may be expressed by others; secondly, the competence of the bodies of legal entities can be divided between those who exercise the authorities of these bodies; thirdly, the competence of bodies of legal entities can be transformed into the competence of new bodies of legal entities.
