The purpose of the research is to establish the influence of basic tillage and nitrogen fertilizers on the prevalence and development of root rot in the forest–steppe of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The object of research is spring wheat sown by sideral steam, as well as methods of basic tillage and root rot of spring wheat. The experimental scheme included the following options: fertilizers (factor A): without the use of fertilizers and with the addition of ammonium nitrate (34.7 kg/ha of mineral water); tillage (factor B): dump tillage to a depth of 20–22 cm; non-dumping tillage (flat-cutting, 20–22 cm); minimal tillage involving 8–10 cm disking; without basic tillage. Data on the provision of wheat plants with nutrients, the prevalence and development of root rot are presented. It was noted that the pre-sowing application of ammonium nitrate (34.7 kg/ha d.v.) does not cover the nitrogen requirements of spring wheat in stem-extension stage during non-tillage and without tillage. Multiple regression analysis made it possible to significantly link the prevalence of root rot and the abundance of plants N, KCl, KS, Zn, Mn, Fe, Mo, Co (p < 0.05, coefficient of determination R2 = 0.949).
