The paper examines the phenomenon of information asymmetry in the context of the key directions of interaction of participants of a cluster; it presents a model of interaction between business units and groups under conditions of imperfect information. The paper studies the impact of information asymmetry observed in the interaction of state structures and business units included into the industrial cluster.
