The article deals with the interdependence of regional Finance and gross regional product on the example of Tula and Yaroslavl regions at the present stage. The structure and dynamics of regional economic sectors development for the period 2008 to 2018 are analyzed. The state of regional budgets for this period and the prospects for accelerated growth of the regional economy are considered. The data on the activities contributing to the increase of investment attractiveness of the regions are given.
