Impact of business digitalization on organization management

The article discusses the impact of business digitalization on the management of the organization. Despite the active introduction of digitalization in various spheres of activity of society, the economy, and in particular of individual economic entities, the issues of the influence of these processes on the management of the organization have been studied extremely little. The objects of management in the conditions of digitalization of the business are the assets of the organization, personnel, culture, strategies in various areas of the company’s activity, individual operational processes and tools, specific innovations, products, partnerships in ecosystems, etc. The relevance of this study is an attempt to investigate the impact of digitalization of the business on the management of the organization, to identify key trends in this area. In particular, the intensity of the introduction of digital technologies at production enterprises was analyzed. It was revealed that the most popular technologies are Internet broadcasting and robotics. Key problems of management in conditions of business digitalization are highlighted. The key tools and programs that the manager relies on when making decisions are described: automated analytics systems, decision support systems. Separately investigated the process of embedding in the management of the organization of digital technologies: artificial intelligence, the Internet of things, big date, etc.
